The service

Thawline Plumbing is a free referral service. Calls and requests are connected to independent, licensed plumbing companies that serve your area; those companies quote, perform and warrant the work. Thawline does not perform plumbing work itself.

Thawline doesn't employ plumbers and isn't a party to any agreement between you and a plumbing company. Prices, scheduling, permits, warranties and the quality of work are the responsibility of the company you hire. Ask for a written estimate and the plumber's Colorado license number before work begins.

No guarantee of availability

We try to connect every caller and request with a plumber who serves their area, but availability depends on independent companies and isn't guaranteed, especially during storms and freezes.

Limitation of liability
